I am currently trying to place in a referral contest at Raining Riches, I rarely do these contests but I figured I would give it a shot. This site pays twice a month. You can cashout on the 15th to be paid by the 20th and you can cashout again on the 30th to be paid by the 5th. There is a $20 minimum required to withdrawel. They have 4 referral levels, First level is 14%, Second level is 3%, Third level is 2%, and Fourth level is 1%. Along with cash for the offers you complete you also recieve coins, you can turn 100 coins in for a $5 giftcard. If you have not signed up here yet I would greatly appreciate it.
